Mechanical Building Services Engineer

Building services engineers are responsible for designing, installing, operating, and monitoring the mechanical and electrical areas of modern buildings. They ensure that the facilities are safe, comfortable, and environmentally friendly.
Mechanical building services engineers specialize in the design, development, construction, and operation of mechanical services, most especially the HVAC (Heating, ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system, plumbing and piping system, conveyance system, and fire suppression. This refrigerant is classified into chlorofluorocarbon compounds, hydrochlorofluorocarbon compounds, and hydrofluorocarbon. However, R-134A, which is a type of hydrofluorocarbon, is the only one predominantly used in the industry today.
